Originally from Michigan's Upper Peninsula, Joy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Michigan Technological University with her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Business Administration. Joy also holds Associate Degrees in Law, Business Administration, Liberal Arts and Humanities. Driven by her love of architecture and passion for negotiation, Joy joined Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty where she represents clients in the purchase, marketing and sale of exceptional real estate. Joy's thorough knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills and innate understanding of the needs of both buyers and sellers enable her to develop valued relationships with her clients.
